A tribute poem for the classic Batman and mayor of Quahog, Adam West.
The comedy is gold, blue and bold.
The campy TV show doesn’t grow old.
Fighting crime for over 50 years, the caped crusader never feared the villainy his cities hold.
West never lost touch with the child inside, while playing the character we read as kids.
An innovator of creativity, Adam West zaps, zonks, and zwaps those criminals right in the face!
R.I.P. the legend the pop culture icon and the bat that stole our hearts, Mr. Adam West.
